Set of modern style model M 1564 Heywood
Wakefield wood chairs, with the original
vinyl upholstery. The backs are curved and
slightly flared upward, open above the seats,
and the legs are tapered. The color of the
vinyl is somewhat darker than appears in
the photos - a somewhat rusty tangerine,
I would call it. There are a few tiny nicks
in the corners and along the edges of the
vinyl, not bad. One chair has an inch tear
in the front which was stabilized but not
repaired. This is a set of eight chairs -
very difficult to find such a large set all
matching.
The Heywood Wakefield logo and model number
is stamped under the seats, as shown in the
last photo. They are all original, in very
nice condition with a few marks and dings
consistent with normal wear. |
